Sharon Unson

Sharon Unson is an HR and training professional with extensive experience in personnel management and training coordination across several companies. Currently serving as the HR & Training Coordinator at PXGEO since June 2021, Sharon manages training administration, supports employees, and maintains records in the HR Information System. Previously, Sharon held the position of HR Training Coordinator at Polarcus, overseeing training requirements for over 300 personnel, ensuring compliance, and managing training events and documentation. Earlier experience includes roles as a Crewing Assistant at Seabird Exploration, where responsibilities involved staffing needs, recruitment processes, and managing pre-employment documentation, and as a Human Resources Management Officer at the University of the Philippines, focusing on employment contracts and personnel management. Sharon holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness Management.
