Joe Sullivan

Head of Sales - North America at PXiSE Energy Solutions

Joe Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe started their career as a meteorologist at WOOD TV, where they provided accurate weather forecasts and presented weather information on-air. Joe then transitioned into the renewable energy industry, working at WindLogics as a Product Manager and later as a Project Manager. Joe continued to advance in the field at NextEra Energy Resources, where they served as a Manager and later as a Director in Operating Services. At WSI Corporation - The Weather Company, Joe worked as an Account Manager, primarily focusing on commodities trading clients. Joe then joined IBM as a Solutions Sales Executive for The Weather Company, applying weather data to various analytics and processes. Joe's next role was at FMC GlobalSat, where they served as the Vice President of Sales, focusing on providing communication systems for the energy and maritime industries. Joe later joined Urbint as the Vice President of Strategic Development and then as the Vice President of Business Development, significantly increasing awareness and driving growth in solution sales. Currently, Joe is the Head of Sales - North America at PXiSE Energy Solutions, a leader in power grid control technology. Joe is responsible for optimizing the use of renewable energy globally. Through their various roles, Joe has gained expertise in renewable energy, weather data analytics, solution sales, and business development.

Joe Sullivan attended Edina High School from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Science with a focus on Meteorology at St. Cloud State University from 1992 to 1996.
