Sarah Tam

Sarah Tam is a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master with experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodology. Sarah has over two years of experience working in this role, with their previous company being American Express Canada.

Sarah is responsible for the prioritization of technical deliverables, as well as maintaining project plans and forecasts. Sarah also monitors project progress to ensure timely delivery and manages all aspects of the project release.
