Megan Carter MCIPD has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources. Megan started their career at Sesame Services Ltd as an HR Adviser, providing generalist HR support to employees and managers. Megan then moved to Oxfam, where they worked as an HR Business Partner, offering strategic HR advice and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. After that, they worked as a self-employed HR Consultant, specializing in change management, organizational development, and employee relations. Megan joined Blenheim in 2017 as an HR Manager and quickly progressed to the role of Head of HR. Megan also took on the role of Head of HR at Pye Homes in 2019, where they continue to work. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of People Director at Blenheim. Megan's expertise lies in building trust, influencing, and providing professional HR advice in areas such as resource management, performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and pay and reward.
Megan Carter MCIPD obtained a Chartered CIPD qualification from CIPD Qualifications in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
