Laura Krohn

Laura Krohn, MPH, CWWS, CWP has over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the wellness and hospitality industry. Laura'swork experience includes positions such as Executive Director of Wellness at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where they led strategic planning and managed major organizational change. Laura also served as CEO, Operations at HealthierOptions4Life, where they focused on business development and creating exceptional customer experiences. In addition, they have experience as a Therapeutic Group Leader and Peer Support Coach at an Acute Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Detox Hospital. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Director of Sales and Education at RMNL - Sanitas Skincare and Director of Wellness at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where they achieved significant revenue growth. Laura's expertise extends to areas such as spa and programming development, operations consulting, and area operations management. Laura has also worked internationally, including being part of the pre-opening team for a flagship location in China at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Laura is known for their ability to drive revenue growth, develop innovative programs, and establish successful partnerships.

Laura Krohn holds a Master's degree in Public Health, which they obtained from San Jose State University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Sciences from the same university from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their academic qualifications, Laura has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) and Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) from the National Wellness Institute in 2022. Furthermore, they are a certified RCFE - Residential Care for the Elderly Administrator obtained from the State of California in May 2018. Laura's earliest certification is as a Certified Massage Therapist from the Monterey Institute of Touch, which they achieved in 1995.
