Leydiana Collins

Leydiana Collins has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent positions being the Human Resources Director at Pyramid Global Hospitality and Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa. Leydiana has been in this role since September 2022. Prior to these positions, Leydiana worked as the Human Resource Director at B&W Quality Growers from June 2011 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions such as compliance, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee appreciation, and performance management. Before joining B&W Quality Growers, Leydiana worked as a CSR/HR Field Supervisor at SOI from October 2006 to June 2011. Leydiana also held the position of Personnel Administrator at Armadillo Underground from July 2001 to September 2006 and Project Administrator at Wireless One Network from October 1999 to July 2001. Leydiana started their career as an Operations Manager at Sam's Club, where they worked from May 1991 to October 1999.

Leydiana Collins attended St. Thomas Aquinas from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep. Leydiana then pursued their passion for dance at the University of the Arts from 1986 to 1990. Leydiana also holds additional certifications, including a PHR from HRCI obtained in December 2004 and a SHRM-CP from SHRM obtained in 2014.
