Marc Ellis

Marc Ellis has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Marc is currently the Director of Finance at Pyramid Global Hospitality since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Controller at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group from January 2023 to January 2024. Marc also served as the Director of Finance at Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa from February 2022 to January 2023. Additionally, Marc has held various roles such as Controller at Midway Properties Group from April 2015 to February 2022 and Gemstone Hotels and Resorts from August 2010 to April 2015. Marc also worked as an Assistant Controller at Dolce Hotels & Resorts from October 2005 to August 2010, and as an Accounts Receivable Manager at Skamania Lodge from June 2004 to October 2005. Furthermore, Marc has experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Dolce Heritage from May 2003 to June 2004, and as an Accountant at A Lodging Connection from January 2002 to February 2003. Marc has also served as a member of the Wasatch County TRT Advisory Board from January 2022 to January 2023.

Marc Ellis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2002 until 2004. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued the field of Hospitality Management at Utah Valley University.
