Tom Nelson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over 20 years. Tom has held various finance positions in well-known hotel chains and resorts, including Pyramid Global Hospitality, Commune Hotels + Resorts, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Wyndham Worldwide, Boulders Resort & Club, and Arizona Biltmore. Throughout their career, Tom has been responsible for financial activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting, for hotels and resorts with revenues ranging from $40 million to $80 million. Tom has also taken on additional responsibilities, including serving as interim general manager and managing accounting for franchise divisions. Tom has a strong background in financial strategic planning and has successfully implemented streamlined administrative and financial structures.

Tom Nelson studied Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
