Anoop Sinha

Anoop Sinha is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Pyramid Consulting Inc since January 2006, Anoop is a core member of the Executive Leadership team, managing a global team of HR business partners for three business units. Prior to this role, Anoop was Vice President of Professional Services at Lanco Global Systems from September 2004 to January 2006, overseeing sales, recruiting, and operations while enhancing profitability. Anoop's career also includes a position as Director of HR Operations at iGATE Mastech, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for over 750 employees and collaborating with C-level executives on global resource management strategies. Anoop holds an Executive MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Georgia State University.
