Ritesh Koul

Ritesh Koul has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Ritesh started their career as a Software Engineer at Ampersand, where they developed component-based applications. Ritesh then worked at Convergys as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, providing support to clients in the Communication domain. At NetCracker, Ritesh served as a Key Client Manager and Lead Advocate, managing strategic projects for a major cable communication client. Ritesh later joined Pyramid Consulting, Inc, where they held several roles, including Director of Enterprise Solutions, Sr. Director of Delivery and Engineering, and Vice President of Digital Solutions and Delivery. In these positions, they provided decision support and leadership for IT clients, implemented software engineering practices, and supported client relationships and account growth. Throughout their career, Ritesh has demonstrated a strong technical background and a focus on client satisfaction.

Ritesh Koul holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's in Computer Information Systems from Bangalore University in 2000. In 2019, Ritesh also obtained a certification in The Roberto C Goizueta Leadership Program from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
