Gilles Ferrier

Gilles Ferrier has a strong background in operations management and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Gilles is currently the Group Operations Director at Pyroguard, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, Gilles worked as the Group Operations Executive at Paragon Group Ltd from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on post-merger integration and turnaround plans implementation in multiple countries. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Operations Director at Siegwerk, where they successfully implemented a turnaround plan and oversaw the implementation of lean practices and a new ERP system. Earlier in their career, Gilles held the position of Manufacturing Director at Photronics and Project Manager at EM Microelectronic, where they were responsible for clean room facility setup and lean implementation. Gilles began their career at STMicroelectronics as a Technical and Production Manager, where they implemented process reengineering initiatives resulting in significant electrical yield improvement.

Gilles Ferrier attended the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse from 1990 to 1995, earning an Engineering degree in Physics. In 1994 to 1995, they also studied at the Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III and obtained a Post-graduate diploma with distinction in the field of physics of solids.
