Samuel Harrell

Samuel Harrell has a diverse work experience in the field of analytical chemistry. Samuel started their career as a Lab Technician at Purdue University, where they worked on technical drawings and programming logic for automated controllers. Samuel also had the responsibility of giving tours to visitors.

After that, they worked as an Intern at Electro-Spec, Inc. for a brief period before joining BASi as an Analyst 1. At BASi, they gained experience in analytical chemistry.

In 2015, Samuel joined Akorn, Inc as an Analytical Chemist. Samuel played a key role in implementing USP <232> for Akorn's Decatur site. Samuel led a team through method development and validation for over 100 different products, overcoming several obstacles. This experience was particularly rewarding for him.

In 2018, they moved to PharmAgra Labs, Inc. as an Analytical Chemist, where they continued to develop their skills in the field.

In 2019, Samuel joined Corden Pharma - A Full-Service CDMO as a Senior Analytical Chemist. Samuel worked in this role for two years before moving on to their current position as Sr. Manager of Analytical Development at Pyros Pharmaceuticals in 2021.

Samuel Harrell pursued their higher education at Purdue University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry.
