Juliana Tavares Alencar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Juliana began their career in 2003 as a Physiotherapist at various clinics and fitness centers, including Clínica Fisiocorpos, Clínica Fisiomax, and Clínica Unidor. From 2008 to 2009, they worked at Deana Day Spa, where they managed the health, massotherapy, and fitness teams while also providing physiotherapy services.

In 2009, Juliana transitioned into home-care physiotherapy until 2011. Juliana then joined Rodízio Brasil in 2012, focusing on e-marketing and booking.
