Michael Dyszel

Michael Dyszel has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Michael currently serves as an ACDRS Executive Committee Member and Faculty at the University of California, San Francisco. Michael is also a Faculty Lecturer at the same institution. Previously, Dyszel held the position of Vice President Product Development Leader at Pyxis Oncology. Michael has also served as an Advisory Board Member at Sequoia Consulting Group, LLC and a Scientific Advisory Board Member at Locust Walk. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Director - Global Program Head at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and held various senior management roles at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, Endo Pharmaceuticals, TEVA Pharmaceuticals USA, and Elan Pharmaceutical Technologies. Dyszel has a proven track record of leading and managing teams, developing and launching pharmaceutical products, and developing efficient business processes.

Michael Dyszel earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University from 1989 to 1994. Michael later pursued further education in Drug Development and Regulatory Science, completing the American Course on Drug Development and Regulatory Science at the University of California, San Francisco from 2010 to 2013. In 2016, Michael obtained a Six Sigma Certification from ASQ. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Building Resilience," "2-Minute Tips for Senior Leaders," and "Improving Your Conflict Competence" from LinkedIn, and "Sig Sixma" from ASQ - World Headquarters.
