Anggi Stefani Ferdiana

Anggi Stefani Ferdiana possesses extensive experience in the field of total rewards and analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager Total Rewards at PZ Cussons since December 2016 after progressing through roles including Rewards Analyst for Asia and Functional Trainee in Total Rewards. Prior to this, Anggi held the position of MIS Analyst at Sampoerna Financial Group and developed foundational skills as a personal banker during participation in the Mega First Leader Academy at Bank Mega. Anggi holds a Master of Business Administration from the School of Business and Management ITB, obtained in April 2023, and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics Teacher Education from Sampoerna University, completed in 2013.
