Sian Sullivan has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. They began their career as a Marketing Co-Ordinator at Mattel in 2004. They then worked at Kraft Foods Group as a Sales Associate and later as an Area Sales Coordinator from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Sainsbury's as a Brand Manager for National Advertising and Communications. Sian then worked at Sony as a Brand Manager for Blu-ray in 2007. They moved on to Cadbury plc. in 2008, where they held roles as an Assistant Brand Manager for Gifting and later as a Brand Manager for Fundraising. They also worked at Mondelēz International as a Brand Manager for Cherry Ripe, then as a Senior Brand Manager for Chocolate Bars, and finally as a Senior Brand Manager for Gifting from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Sian worked at Carlton & United Breweries in various marketing roles including Senior Brand Manager for Pure Blonde, Marketing Manager for Carlton Draught and Carlton Mid, and eventually as the Head of Brands. Currently, they are working at PZ Cussons as the Head of Brands, a position they have held since 2018.
Sian Sullivan completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2020. Prior to that, they attended RMIT University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing.
