Maike Goldkuhle

Maike Goldkuhle has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Maike currently holds the position of Head of People, Culture & Organization at Q.ANT. Prior to this, they served as Head of People & Culture (Germany) at Quantum Brilliance from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Agile Management Consultant at HR Pioneers GmbH. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at Avira from 2016 to 2018. Maike also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at cleverbridge AG from 2010 to 2016 and as an Executive Assistant at ifp Personalberatung Managementdiagnostik from 2009 to 2010.

Maike Goldkuhle obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on International Business from Cologne University of Applied Sciences in the years 2010-2013. Maike then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Management from Ruhr University Bochum from 2013-2017. Additionally, they completed a certification as a Certified Agile HR Manager from HR pioneers in Cologne in 2014. Maike also received training in Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals from the Co-Active Training Institute, which is ICF Accredited.
