Leigh Fairbrother

Leigh Fairbrother has extensive work experience, starting in 2009 as a Volunteer Teacher and conservationist for Nature Volunteers & Kosgoda Sea turtle conservation project in Sri Lanka. In 2010, they worked as a Project Manager for Raleigh International, facilitating adventure phases for venturers. From 2011-2012, Leigh worked as a General Manager at Habitat and as a Freelance Business Consultant. In 2012, they became a Managing Consultant at PlaceFirst, managing a portfolio of Solar PV installations. From 2013-2016, Leigh served as the Commercial Director of Operations at Community Switch, providing energy switching services to the Social Housing sector. From 2016-2019, they held multiple roles at Energy Angels including Sales & Marketing Director and Director of Operations. In 2020, Leigh worked as an Independent Energy sector Consultant for Original Independent. They also became a Trustee for Bath & West Community Energy Fund and currently holds the position of Head Of Sales at Q-Bot Ltd.

Leigh Fairbrother attended Woodway Park School from 1987 to 1994. They then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture at Newcastle University from 1994 to 1997.
