Eduardo D’Alma

Eduardo D’Alma is currently the Topic Area Lead Insurance International at Q_PERIOR. Eduardo has over fifteen years of experience in consulting, with a focus on the insurance industry.

Eduardo started their career at PwC as a Senior Consultant. There, they worked on process and organizational reengineering, as well as introducing E-Government oriented web services and web content. In 2001, they left to join agens Consulting GmbH as a Managing Consultant. At agens, Eduardo was responsible for introducing sales systems including e-business functionality, such as electronic submission and contract binding for Life and Auto policies.

In 2006, Eduardo joined Q_PERIOR, where they were an Associate Partner responsible for the development of international business opportunities in the insurance industry. Eduardo was also a member of the management team in the business line "Core Insurance" with key account responsibility for one of our largest customers. Eduardo left Q_PERIOR in 2012 to take their current position.

Eduardo D’Alma has a Master of Music degree in Guitar from Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. Eduardo also has a High School Diploma in English Language and Literature/Letters from Gymnasium Dörpsweg.

They work with Peter Benthake - Sector Lead, Insurance, Sebastian Scheube - Topic Chapter Lead Strategisches IT Management Germany, and Peter Niederberger - Client Portfolio Lead. Their manager is Karsten Höppner, CEO.
