Joshua Hollopeter

Joshua Hollopeter has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2005, they served as an Infantry Scout in the US Army. After leaving the Army in 2009, they worked as a Carpenter for Century Custom Homes. In 2013, they worked as a Forklift Operator for Your Building Centers. From 2014-2017, they were an Operations Technician for Rockwater Energy Solutions, where they were selected to pipe fusing crew due to their strong work ethic. From 2016-2020, they were a Rural Carrier Associate for the United States Postal Service, delivering mail and parcels quickly and accurately. In 2019, they were a Consultant for Udacity, where they guided and supported students with Python, SQL, and Version Control as a mentor for Programming for Data Science. From 2020-2022, they worked as an Application Developer for HM Health Solutions. Currently, they are a Software Engineer for Q2 Strategies.

Joshua Hollopeter has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Learning the OWASP Top 10 from LinkedIn. Joshua also holds an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer I (OCP) certification. In 2019-2020, Joshua attended Skill Distillery for Java Full Stack Web Development. Prior to that, they completed a Nanodegree in Programming for Data Science from Udacity in 2018. Joshua also obtained a Digital Certificate in Network Operations Engineer from Amazon AWS educate in 2018. In 2012-2013, Joshua attended Dubois Business College for 39 credit hours in Computer Science. In 2011-2012, they attended Community College of Allegheny County for 12 credit hours in Psychology. In 2003-2005, Joshua attended Clearfield County CTC for an Electrical Occupations degree in Electrician.
