Shane McWilliams

Shane McWilliams is an accomplished leader in platform operations and service delivery, currently serving as SVP at Q2 since September 2019, where oversight of a team of over 350 focuses on exceptional customer experience and strategic growth. Prior experience includes Vice President of Client Services at Experian Consumer Services, leading the integration of client organizations post-acquisition, and Senior Director of Client Services at CSID, driving growth strategy and team development. Additional roles include Director of Project & Product Management at XO Group Inc., and Product & Program Manager at Dell, where client engagement and scalable infrastructure creation were key responsibilities. Shane holds a Master of Science in Informatics from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from William & Mary, along with a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
