Kate Cooper is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and training roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager in Training and Enablement at Q4 since April 2021, Kate previously held the position of Project Management Coordinator at Lone Wolf Technologies from September 2015 to February 2021, where collaboration across departments to enhance client outcomes and manage customer expectations was key. Additionally, as the first Training Coordinator at Lone Wolf, Kate built training programs and coordinated sessions. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Trainer at Nordia Inc. from October 2012 to September 2015, where facilitation of training classes and management of trainee performance were integral responsibilities. Kate holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University.
