Senior Director, Learning & Talent Development at Q4

Krisinda Westman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Krisinda most recently worked at Q4 as the Senior Director of Learning & Talent Development. Prior to that, they held positions as the Senior Director of People & Culture and Director of People & Culture at Q4, where they played a key role in providing cloud-based investor relations and capital market solutions. Krisinda also worked at Vision Critical as the Director of Human Resources and at Homewood Health as a Senior Account Executive, gaining experience in employee wellness and care. Earlier in their career, they held HR and talent acquisition roles at Giffin Koerth Inc., Toronto Financial Services Alliance, Parsons Brinckerhoff Halsall, and Shepell-fgi. Krisinda's early career includes roles at Shepell.fgi, FGIworld, and Alpha House, where they gained experience in program coordination and intake counseling.

Krisinda Westman's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Major Psychology from the University of Windsor. Krisinda also holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic. Starting in 2022 and ending in 2023, Krisinda is pursuing an Adult Learning and Development Certificate from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.

In addition to their formal education, Krisinda has obtained several certifications. Krisinda holds a Performance Enablement Coach Certification from Betterworks, obtained in June 2022, and an OKR Master Certification from the same institution, obtained in March 2022. Krisinda also has Coaching for Performance (Level 2) and Coaching for Performance (Level 1) certifications from Performance Consultants International, obtained in December 2020 and October 2020, respectively. Furthermore, they have an Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, obtained in August 2019. Krisinda is also a certified practitioner of the HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) and has completed the Mental Health First Aid training offered by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
