Deepak Dubey

Deepak Dubey is a seasoned professional in HSE design and process safety with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving on the Project Management Team for HSE Design & Process Safety at QAFCO since November 2022, Deepak is involved in the world’s largest Blue Ammonia Project, managing a complete plant with significant production capacity and integrated carbon capture facilities. Prior to this role, Deepak worked at Tecnicas Reunidas for eight years, where responsibilities included process safety engineering for multiple high-profile projects in Oman, and collaboration with clients on safety design protocols. Earlier experience encompasses roles as Sr. Engineer - HSE Design at Technip India Limited, Lead Process Safety Engineer at Triune Energy Services, and Process Safety Engineer at Techno Safe Consultant, contributing to various projects and risk assessments. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
