Michael Dunlevy serves as the President of Civilian Defense Training, Inc., where responsibilities include civilian counter-terrorism training since July 2016. In addition, Michael has been a Training Specialist at Leidos since 2015 and provides technical support at Qal-Tek Associates for the Department of Homeland Security Hazard Device School since March 2018. Since July 2018, Michael has also fulfilled the role of Paramedic Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on disaster planning and operational medicine. Experience includes a brief stint as Logistics Deputy Planner for Hurricane Responses with GARNER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE IN in September 2022, and an earlier position in the private sector as FPC from January 2012 to November 2021. Education was obtained from the University of South Alabama.
