Craig started their career at Griffith Hack in 1995, where they worked as a patent attorney for six years. Craig then moved to Shelston IP, where they worked as a trade mark attorney for eight years. In 2009, Craig became the CEO of Xenith IP Group, which was the holding company for a group of entities providing a broad range of intellectual property services and advice. During their time as CEO, Craig oversaw the acquisition of Watermark and Griffith Hack, and the launch of Glasshouse Advisory.

In August 2019, Craig joined QANTM Intellectual Property as CEO & Managing Director. QANTM Intellectual Property is a leading global provider of intellectual property services with a network of over 1,500 professionals across 55 offices in 26 countries.

Craig Dower Faicd has a certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors. Craig also has a certification from the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand in Fellow, Institute of Managers and Leaders.
