Filip Ström

Filip Ström has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Teacher in software engineering at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, LTH, until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Software Developer at Fingerprint Cards AB and remained there until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Filip worked as an IT Management Consultant - Agile coach and product manager at Netlight. In 2019, they joined BoardClic AB as the CTO until 2020. Filip then joined SEB as the Chief Scrum Master from an unspecified time in 2020 until June 2022, after which they became a Product Manager at the same company until February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at Qasa, starting in February 2023.

Filip Ström holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Additionally, they have received training in acting at Calle Flygare Teaterskola and studied Speech Communication and Rhetoric at Stockholm University. Filip also holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and as a Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org.
