Xin Xuan Teng

Xin Xuan Teng has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. They worked as an Events Assistant at Mediacorp Pte Ltd from February 2017 to June 2017. They then interned as an HR Intern at ERGO Group AG from May 2019 to July 2019. Following this, they interned as a Learning & Development Intern at Bosch from August 2019 to December 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resource Intern at Nestlé from June 2020 to August 2020. Xin Xuan then joined Bank of Singapore, Asia's Global Private Bank as an HR Specialist from December 2020 to June 2021. They then worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Talent Development Specialist from June 2021 to January 2022. From January 2022 to October 2022, Xin Xuan worked at Ninja Van as a Talent Acquisition Associate and then transitioned to the role of an Account Manager from October 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they are employed as an Account Manager at Qashier, where they started in June 2023.

Xin Xuan Teng completed their Bachelor of Business with Honours (Distinction) degree at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hwa Chong Institution from 2011 to 2016, where they pursued the GCE A-Level Integrated Programme. In terms of additional certifications, Xin Xuan Teng obtained the IHRP Certified Associate certification from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals in April 2020. They also received the Basic First Aid certification from Singapore Red Cross in March 2014. Furthermore, Xin Xuan Teng possesses the Kayaking Proficiency Personal Skill STAR Award from the Singapore Canoe Federation, obtained in June 2013. Lastly, they hold a Level One Sport Climbing Certification from the Singapore National Climbing Standards, obtained in 2013.
