Leonardo Enrique Jaime Rubalcava has diverse work experience in the software engineering and customer service fields. Leonardo Enrique started their career as a Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance in 2020, where they worked in the retention department, providing customer service, technical assistance, and contract review. In 2021, Leonardo joined Titanium Solutions as a Software Developer In Test, where they led the Quality Assurance team using agile methodology.
