Mushtaq al Waeli

Mushtaq Al Waeli has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mushtaq started their career as the Financial Controller at Franklin Covey ME in 2003 and later became the Vice President of Finance & Admin. Mushtaq then moved on to Al Watanyah Medical Enterprises Co. as the Director of Finance & Admin. In 2006, they joined Aspire Zone Foundation as the Executive Director of the President's Office and played a pivotal role in project management and strategic planning. After that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ASPIRE - Academy for Sports Excellence and provided leadership in operations management. In 2010, they became the Senior Advisor for Planning and Development at Qatar Stars League and later joined Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy in 2012 as an Advisor to the Secretary General, where they played a key role in establishing the Josoor Institute. In 2013, they were appointed as the Executive Director of the Josoor Institute. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Executive Director of Strategy & Institutional Development at the Qatar Football Association, where they oversee the creation and execution of various corporate development strategies.

Mushtaq Al Waeli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mushtaq pursued their education from 1987 to 1991, however, the specific institution where they acquired their degree is not provided.
