Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Qatar Islamic Bank

Bosy Mohan has a strong background in Information Technology (IT) services and support. They started their career at WRENCH Solutions as a Software Testing Engineer from August 2006 to July 2008. They then joined AlSeal Contracting & Trading Co WLL as a Communication Engineer from September 2008 to November 2012. Bosy then moved to International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) where they held multiple roles, including IT Support Engineer from December 2012 to May 2015 and IT Services Engineer from December 2012 to November 2019. In these positions, Bosy was responsible for managing and maintaining quality IT services, performing analysis on complex issues, finding permanent fixes, and escalating issues to appropriate levels when necessary. They later joined Barwa Bank as an IT Services Engineer from November 2019 to February 2020. Currently, Bosy is working as the Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) starting from February 2020.

Bosy Mohan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Bishop More College from 2001 to 2004. Bosy then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Electronics from RVS CAS Coimbatore from 2004 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Bosy Mohan received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2017. Bosy obtained the MCSA: Windows Server 2016 - Certified 2018 certification from Microsoft in December 2018, followed by the MCSE 2016 certification from Microsoft in March 2019. Additionally, they acquired the CCNA certification from Cisco and the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council, both in March 2019.
