Mostafa Taha has extensive work experience in the banking and technology sectors. Mostafa started their career at NCR Corporation in 2002 as a Technical Support & Network Specialist, where they gained experience in installation and configuration of Cisco routers and switches, supporting banking networks, and working with international accounts. Mostafa then served as a Self-Service Terminals Customer Services Support Engineer before transitioning into a role as a Professional Services Consultant. In this position, they supported customers, developed solutions, and handled project management and sales support. Mostafa later became the Professional Service Manager for NCR Qatar Branch and continued in this role until 2015. In 2015, they joined Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) as a Senior Project Program Manager.

Mostafa Taha earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Electronics from Tanta University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Mostafa later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Software Engineering for embedded Systems at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 2015 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Mostafa also obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2013, the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy in May 2019, and the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2022.
