Juan C. de Jesús

Juan C. De Jesús, MAI, is a seasoned professional in real estate appraisal and management with a comprehensive background in commercial and residential transactions. Since July 2014, Juan has served as the Senior Program Manager of Popular Campus Development at Banco Popular, overseeing the appraisal review process and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. Prior experience includes positions as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at McCloskey Mulet & Bonnin and Vallejo & Vallejo, as well as real estate appraisal and field inspection roles at Eduardo Nazario & Associates. Juan held the presidency of the Puerto Rico and Caribbean Chapter of the Appraisal Institute from January 2010 to January 2011. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
