Parag Tikekar

Head Of CRM & Campaigns at Qatar Islamic Bank

Parag Tikekar has extensive experience in various roles within the banking and finance industry. Parag started their career in 1997 at Mashreqbank as an Account Relationship Manager and later became the Manager of Database Marketing. In 2005, they joined Emirates Bank as the Head of CRM, Segments, Analytics, Research & Bancassurance in the Consumer Banking division. Parag then moved to Emirates NBD where they held the positions of Product Head for Unsecured Loans and Head of Business Intelligence, Campaigns, and Data Management.

In 2013, Parag joined Mashreqbank as the VP of Mashreq Gold in the Consumer Banking division. Parag later worked at Amlak Finance PJSC as the Manager of Product & Marketing and also served as a Secondee in the same department.

Parag's work experience also includes roles at ZEMYD as an Associate Partner for Consulting & Training, OneHourLearning as the GCC Head, and the Westford School of Management as a Guest Faculty. Parag most recently joined Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) in 2019 as the Head of CRM & Campaigns.

Additionally, Parag launched their own business venture called PT- Business Ventures in 2012, where they provided personal counseling services for various topics including personality development, communication skills, stress management, and more.

Parag Tikekar pursued their education at Delhi University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Communication. Parag then attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 1995 to 1997, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Marketing.
