Assistant Manager , Operation Risk Management & Fraud Investigation Department at Qatar Islamic Bank

Walaa Abdallah has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as an Assistant Manager in the Operational Risk, BCM, and Information Security Division at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) since January 2022. Prior to joining QIB, they worked at QPAY, where they held multiple positions. From September 2021 to December 2021, they served as an Assistant Manager in Fraud and Risk Monitoring. Before that, from January 2020 to September 2021, they were the Assistant Manager for Customer Services. Additionally, they worked as a Team Leader in Customer Service from November 2017 to December 2019. Prior to their time at QPAY, they were employed at Ooredoo Qatar as a Customer Service Officer from December 2010 to November 2017.

From 2007 to 2010, Walaa Abdallah attended October 6 University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
