Kabir Bagdadi has extensive experience in the museum and cultural sector. Kabir began their career as a Senior Manager of Operations at Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah, where they focused on communication, branding, and public relations. During their time there, they established relationships with media outlets, supervised the development of museum-wide systems, and analyzed visitor feedback.

After working at Dar al-Athar al-Islamiyyah for over a decade, Bagdadi joined Qatar Museums. Kabir held various roles, including Head of Operations for the Orientalist Museum and Head of Operations for the Central Exhibition.
