Rola Talih has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Prior to their role at Qatar Museums, they worked at EY as a Manager from 2013 to 2018. Rola Talih completed their Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance from the Lebanese American University, studying from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Rola has obtained the International Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association in March 2023. Rola also holds certifications such as Certified Quality Management Professional from Meirc Training and Consulting, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from the British Standard Institution Management Systems, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from the British Standard Institution Management Systems. Rola has also completed the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model OPM3 from Projacs International and the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG International. Furthermore, they have attended the Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University and the Strategies for Executives Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
