Rola Talih

Rola Talih has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rola currently works at Qatar Museums, where they started in 2018 and has held positions such as Acting Director of Strategy and Quality Assurance Department, Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance, and Compliance and Business Control Specialist. Prior to their role at Qatar Museums, they worked at EY as a Manager from 2013 to 2018. Rola also gained experience at Bank Audi as a Senior Business Analyst, Reengineering and Project Management Unit from 2011 to 2012. Rola Talih has also worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager in Performance Improvement from 2010 to 2011 and at the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority as a Business Process Analyst from 2006 to 2010. Rola started their career at CSC Bank SAL as a Control Officer from 2003 to 2006.

Rola Talih completed their Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance from the Lebanese American University, studying from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Rola has obtained the International Diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association in March 2023. Rola also holds certifications such as Certified Quality Management Professional from Meirc Training and Consulting, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification from the British Standard Institution Management Systems, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from the British Standard Institution Management Systems. Rola has also completed the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model OPM3 from Projacs International and the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG International. Furthermore, they have attended the Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University and the Strategies for Executives Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
