Wael El Basha

Wael El Basha has extensive experience in events management, sales, and guest services. Wael began their career in 2004 as an Operator & Guest Service agent at Ramses Hilton Cairo Hotel and quickly progressed to roles such as Reception and Guest Service agent and Room Reservation - Business Development. In 2007, they joined Grand Hyatt as a Sales Coordinator and later became a Convention Sales Executive and an Events Sales & Service Manager. In 2011, Wael joined Grand Nile Tower Hotel as a Corporate Sales Manager and later became the Convention & Events Sales Manager. Since 2014, they have been working at Qatar Museums as an Events Manager - Department head, responsible for organizing and handling various workshops, exhibitions, and cultural events. Throughout their career, Wael has demonstrated skills in sales, coordination, and providing exceptional customer service.

Wael El Basha completed their high school education at Mohamadia Language School from 1986 to 1999, where they focused on the subjects of Accounting and Business/Management. Following this, from 1999 to 2004, they attended the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University. During their time at Cairo University, Wael pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in the field of study of Faculty of Commerce.
