Jennifer Kennedy

Jennifer Kennedy currently serves as the Principal of Kelly Creek Community School within School District 47, a position held since April 2008, after previously working as Vice Principal at both Westview Elementary and Brooks Secondary. With a focus on school culture and leadership studies, Jennifer has extensive teaching experience across various subjects, including Photography, Digital Media, Library, Drama, English, and Culinary Arts. In addition to educational roles, Jennifer operates Kennedy Photografik, specializing in wedding and portrait photography, and owns Powell River Photobooth Co., which offers modern photo booth services for events. Jennifer has also contributed as the Professional Development Coordinator for the Powell River District Teacher's Association. Academically, Jennifer holds a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from Queen's University, along with a Post-Degree Professional Program in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Curation and Photography from the University of Victoria.
