Luc Segers

Luc Segers has extensive experience in the field of life sciences and diagnostics. Luc is currently serving as the Division Head of Business & Communications at QbD Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of CEO at H2M - Health to Market, a contract commercialization organization in life sciences. Luc also worked as the Managing Director at Luseco BVBA, where they provided consultancy services in clinical diagnostics and personalized medicine. Luc has also served in various leadership positions at Agilent Technologies, Multiplicom N.V., MDxHealth, Innogenetics, and Organon Teknika, where they contributed to business development, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Luc Segers has a diverse education history. In 1978, they began their studies at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, where they pursued a master's degree in industrial biochemistry. Luc successfully completed their degree in 1982. Moving forward to 2002, Luc enrolled at MCE Management Centre Europe for the Advanced Finance for non-financial executives program. This program lasted for a year and helped him gain knowledge and skills in finance. Lastly, in 2006-2007, Luc attended Vlerick Business School to participate in the Advanced Management Programme, focusing on enhancing their managerial abilities. Although no degree was mentioned, it can be assumed that this program provided Luc with further expertise in management.
