Michael Verdoodt

Michael Verdoodt is a Senior Talent & Business Partner at QbD since October 2021, contributing to the life sciences sector by supporting companies throughout the product lifecycle. Prior to QbD, Michael held roles at Tobania, including Java Community Partner and Teamlead Recruitment Professional Services, where a focus on custom software development using Java and fostering a robust community was central. Michael also worked at TOBIUS as Recruitment Manager and Account Manager, playing a key role in managing human resources for over 200 consultants in the ICT services sector. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Handelswetenschappen from LUCA School of Arts and a Postgraduate diploma in Recruitment, Search & Selection from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen, along with ongoing education in Prince2 since 2012.
