Joseph A. Milicia

Joseph A. Milicia is an experienced actuary currently serving as Chief Actuary and Chief Reserving Actuary at QBE North America since April 2022. Additionally, Joseph is a Board Member of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the Audit Committee since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Joseph worked at WTW from June 2006 to April 2022, where responsibilities included Global Proposition Leader for Business Process Excellence, focusing on enhancing process efficiency through consulting and technology, and serving as P&C M&A Practice Leader for the Americas, providing actuarial advisory for M&A transactions. Joseph began a career in the actuarial field with an internship at Genworth Financial in 2005, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
