Farid Abi Zeid Daou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of information technology. Farid began their career as a Part-Time IT Assistant at Saint Joseph University of Beirut in 2012. Following this, they worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at SyncWise for a year. In 2014, they joined Mediline S.A.L. as an Information Technology Support Administrator, where they handled the IT operations for three companies within the Mediline Holding Group. Farid'sresponsibilities included installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing operating systems and user applications, as well as configuring and deploying new workstations and IT equipment. In 2020, Farid joined Texas InfoTech as a Desktop Support Engineer. Here, they installed, configured, and supported business critical IT systems, provided support to end users of various levels within the organization, and performed troubleshooting on both software and hardware issues. Currently, they are working as a Digital Workplace Specialist at Qbtech, starting from 2023.

Farid Abi Zeid Daou earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, completing their education from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications, including an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2023, a Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in September 2022, and a Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in February 2022.
