Joshua Haynes

Joshua Haynes is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in IT operations, security, and engineering. Currently serving as the Platform Engineering Manager at QC Holdings Inc since June 2023, Joshua oversees the development and delivery of IT infrastructure, focusing on team growth and optimization. Previously, as the Director of Engineering at Bloomip, Inc. from April 2018 to May 2023, Joshua enhanced cloud solutions for businesses with an emphasis on security and scalability. Joshua's experience also includes roles such as Manager of IT Operations and Security at Land Title Guarantee Company, IT Team Lead and SaaS/QA Administrator at Cherwell Software, and leadership positions at ORAU, SAIC, Ruby Tuesday, and Sitel. Joshua holds a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Network Security and Forensics from Fountainhead College of Technology and has attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
