Emma Ruttle

Emma Ruttle is an experienced professional in learning and development, specializing in career coaching and recruitment processes. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Quanta part of QCS Staffing since August 2023, Emma previously held several key positions at Santander UK and AMS, including Manager of Redeployment and Career Coach, where Emma implemented tailored career support services and managed redeployment projects. With a solid background in recruitment spanning roles at Hays, Action for Children, and MacIntyre, Emma has developed strong stakeholder relationships and delivered effective recruitment strategies. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Coaching Education and Participation from Edge Hill University and completed an online course on the clinical psychology of children and young people at the University of Edinburgh.
