Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta is the current VP of Operations at QDegrees Services. Rahul has also worked for MakeMyTrip.com as a Deputy Manager from January 2014 to May 2016. Their responsibilities there included revenue management for the international outbound holiday business, national vendor management for outsourced partners, and quality & customer experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Team Manager Operations at Barclays from May 2008 to January 2014 where they were responsible for customer service & upselling campaigns, complaints management, c-sat / a-sat / nps, people management, attrition / r&r, and six sigma project - call center frauds & re-engineering of stack & incentives for frontliners.

Rahul Gupta has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is also a Joint Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.
