Juliette Juanola has a diverse work experience in the field of building science and engineering. Juliette'smost recent position is as a Building Science Specialist at QEA Tech, where they analyze building pathologies using thermal imaging to provide energy audits and recommendations for improving energy efficiency in renovation projects. Prior to this, Juliette launched their own micro-business as a Climate-Resilient Building & Energy Consultant, leveraging their internship experience in Toronto to provide consulting services to Canadian and European companies. Juliette also gained valuable experience as a Building Science and Thermography Analyst trainee at QEA Tech, where they conducted thermal analyses of buildings and wrote reports to support energy renovation projects. Juliette's early experience includes a traineeship as a Thermal and Fluid Engineer at SARL BATIFLUIDES, where they conducted thermal analysis of residential buildings, created plumbing and electrical network plans, and supervised construction sites. Juliette also worked as a 1st year student assistant for a thesis at Laboratoires Piment, contributing to a project on anticipating the energy consumption of a Net Zero Energy Building. Juliette has participated in innovation contests through Elles Bougent La Reunion, focusing on the recycling of waste through methanation. Additionally, they gained experience as a Solar Photovoltaic System Design Engineer trainee at TECSOL, working on a photovoltaic shade project and gaining insights into the role of solar engineers. Through their work experience, Juliette has developed technical skills in building analysis, thermography, energy efficiency, and project management, and has demonstrated their passion for addressing environmental challenges in the field of building science.

Juliette Juanola's education history is as follows:

From 2018 to 2023, Juliette attended ESIROI (École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Réunion Océan Indien) and obtained a Masters of Engineering degree in Sustainable Construction and Energy.

In 2022, Juliette enrolled at Technological University Dublin and pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Sustainable Electrical Energy Systems & Sustainable Infrastructure. Juliette'sstudies at this institution concluded in 2023.

Prior to their university studies, Juliette completed their high school education at Lycée François Arago from 2015 to 2018, focusing on Sciences.

Additionally, in 2015, Juliette participated in the Brigitte Sauzay Exchange program at Leibniz Gymnasium Berlin, where they studied various subjects without obtaining a specific degree.

Apart from their formal education, Juliette has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they completed a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) titled "Energy Supply systems for building" offered by edX. In May 2021, they attained the certification for CLES B2 (Anglais) from the Ministry of National Education and Youth. In June 2016, they received the Cambridge English Language Assessment certification at Council of Europe Level B1, along with the German Language Assessment certification at Council of Europe Level B1, both from the Ministry of National Education and Youth. In February 2022, they achieved the TOEIC - C1 certification from ETS (Educational Testing Service), and in December 2021, they obtained the TOEFL - C1 certification, also from ETS.
