Moe Hanafy

Moe Hanafy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2015, Moe co-founded and served as CEO of MISSUKI LTD until 2017. From 2016 to 2017, Moe also held trustee positions at Cardiff University Students' Union and Cardiff University. In 2017, Moe worked as an entrepreneur at Entrepreneurial Spark and as a Project Lead at UpRising Leadership. Moe then joined Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd as a Schools and Colleges Liaison in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Moe worked at Splento in different roles, including Product Manager, Interim Operations Director, Growth & Innovation Manager, and Sales Executive. In 2020, Moe also took on roles at QFinds, including Product Strategy and Business Development, before becoming Co-Founder and CEO in 2022. Additionally, Moe joined Good For Profit as a Podcast Host and became a member of 20:40 in 2022. Overall, Moe Hanafy has demonstrated expertise in entrepreneurship, leadership, product management, operations, business development, and podcasting.

Moe Hanafy obtained a BSC degree in Chemistry from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, completing the program between 2013 and 2016. In addition to their degree, Moe also has obtained several certifications. These include completing the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" program from LinkedIn in July 2022, and the "In-Depth Effective Altruism Program" from Effective Altruism Virtual Programs in April 2022. Moe also holds several professional development certificates, including the "Certificate of Professional Development in Communication," "Certificate of Professional Development in Leadership," "Certificate of Professional Development in Personal Effectiveness," and "Certificate of Professional Development in Self-Management," all obtained in 2015 from ILM. Lastly, Moe has an "Emergency First Aid at Work" certification obtained in December 2015.
