Brunna Roberta O'Hara de Araújo

Brunna Roberta O'Hara de Araújo has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at EICON, where they gained experience in invoice software, bookkeeping, and customer service. From 2020 to 2021, they volunteered at Lovatec, providing assistance to a lawyer in legal processes and participating in hearings. Brunna Roberta also volunteered at Keralty during the same period. In 2021, Brunna had a summer internship at Trench Rossi Watanabe, where they conducted detailed investigations and research in the Compliance area. Brunna Roberta then joined Kovi as a Customer Experience Analyst, supporting drivers through chat, email, and telephone, handling around 500 tickets per month. Finally, in 2022, they joined QI Tech as a Middle Office Analyst.

Brunna Roberta O'Hara de Araújo began their education in 2017 at Universidade Paulista, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law. Brunna Roberta studied at the university until 2022. During this time, they also completed a course in Compliance at ANBIMA Certificação e Educação in 2020. Brunna Roberta further expanded their knowledge in the financial sector by attending an introductory course on the Financial Market at ANBIMA Certificação e Educação in the same year. Additionally, in 2020, Brunna completed an Administrative Assistant course at Hotmart. Brunna Roberta also participated in a Workshop on LGPD (General Data Protection Law) organized by OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) in the same year. Finally, in 2022, they took an Advanced English Course at the Canadian College.
