Matthew Mansson

Matthew Mansson is currently the Director of Business Development at QIAGEN, beginning in March 2024, where responsibilities include leading initiatives within Qiagen Digital Insights. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Biotechnology Consultant and Investor at DeciBio from October 2022 to March 2024, focusing on strategy consulting within the precision medicine ecosystem. As Co-founder and CEO of Equidity from March 2021 to November 2022, Matthew developed an alternative lending platform for employee stock option financing. Matthew's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Business Development at Sophia Genetics from September 2016 to January 2021, Co-founder of IvyMinded, an online education startup, from September 2014 to August 2016, and a Private Equity Summer Associate at Golden Palm along with an Investment Banking Summer Analyst role at CIGP in 2013. Matthew graduated from Harvard University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in the History of Financial Markets.
